We want your Foxwala order to arrive as expected. Because many of our products are made with customer-selected names, photos, or other personal details, return eligibility depends on whether the item is personalized.
Personalized products
Personalized and made-to-order products cannot be returned or exchanged for preference changes, incorrect customer-provided details, or a change of mind. If your personalized item arrives damaged, defective, or different from the customization submitted with your order, contact us within 7 days of delivery with your order number and clear photos. After review, we will arrange an appropriate replacement or refund.
Non-personalized products
For eligible non-personalized products, contact us within 30 days of delivery before sending anything back. Items must be unused, unworn, and in their original condition and packaging. We will provide return instructions after confirming eligibility. Returns sent without prior authorization may not be accepted.
Items that cannot be returned
Personalized or custom-made items, gift cards, final-sale items, and products damaged through misuse are not eligible for return, except where required by law or where the item arrived damaged, defective, or incorrect.
Order changes and cancellations
Contact us promptly if you need to request a change or cancellation. Once production has begun, a personalized order may no longer be changed or cancelled.
Refunds
Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method. Please allow up to 10 business days after approval for us to process the refund; your bank or card provider may require additional time to post it. Original shipping charges are not refundable unless the order arrived damaged, defective, or incorrect.
